Like many, the people in South East Cork were shocked & saddened to learn of the untimely passing of the great Teddy Mac. His achievements have been well documented in recent days but they have undoubtedly placed Teddy as a legend of the GAA.

While being noted as a dual player for Cork, Teddy represented the Sarsfields hurlers, Glanmire footballers as well as representing Imokily not to mention the influence he had when coaching teams throughout the county. He also had his connections to the South East where his brother Pat served our board as a delegate for Shamrocks for many years.

We would like to extend our sympathies to his Oonagh Cian, Niall & Sinead & all of Teddy's family & friends.
